This bill requires that all lids on any electronic cigarette liquid bottles are to have childproof safety features. There were a few incidents of parents being irresponsible with their children. These irresponsibilities resulted in incidents involving kids getting their hands on eJuices and sadly hurting themselves.

 

Due to these parents making the mistake of leaving their eJuices too close to their young children, many have demonized electronic cigarettes. This bill does bring positive news for eCig users. This new law has the potential to silence the people who argue against electronic cigarettes because of their safety. At least now, there will be no safety hazards in the case of eLiquids being in reach of children.
